Locker Delivery:
Cost: R60
Your order will be delivered to the nearest convenient locker. You will receive a notification with collection details and a unique code to retrieve your package.
Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 business days for major cities, 5-7 business days for outlying areas.
Door-to-Door Delivery:
Cost: R100
Your order will be delivered directly to your door by our courier partners.
Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 business days for major cities, 5-7 business days for outlying areas.
3. Courier Services
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure that your package reaches you securely and on time. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so that you can monitor the delivery status.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

In cases where a package is returned to us due to incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
