At Ciana Publishers, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The item must be in its original condition, with no visible signs of use, damage, or wear.
  • The product must include all original materials, including tags, inserts, and packaging.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Digital products, including eBooks and downloadable content.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Any item that is damaged or altered after delivery.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will also inform you of the status of your refund after the inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Partial Refunds:

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, or items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

4. Exchanges

5. Shipping

Before returning your product, please WhatsApp us at 082 852 8615 to obtain the return address and further instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
